Your online gift provides the essential funding for the Fertile Ground after care programming initiative relative to transitional housing, case management and job placement support.
· Monthly Donations
Automatic monthly support for Fertile Ground on a regular basis, a convenient way for you to provide a consistent flow of support assist in providing our clients with food, clothing and shelter, as well as means of transportation to and from the job placement offices .
· Memorial or Celebration Donation
In memory of a loved one, you can support Fertile Ground transition facility operations by donating a gift to honor someone special or celebrate a special occasion, such as retirement party, anniversary, a birthday, or wedding.
